Cancer Diagnosis Rates Rise: A new study finds that cancer diagnosis rates are going up in young adults, mainly in women and people in their 30s. The upswing is likely due to more sensitive screening tests as well as other environmental causes that need investigation.

Google's Life Coach: Google is testing an A.I. assistant that offers life advice, which would range from career decisions to relationship troubles. TBD if/when Google will release this program.

Netflix's End of an Era: After 25 years of mailing DVDs, Netflix is stopping its disc operation on September 29. As a thank you, subscribers could be sent up to 10 extra discs in their next order (which still have to be returned by October 27).
