Allison Sesso is the Executive Director of RIP Medical Debt.

Allison Sesso has also served as the Executive Director of the Human Services Council of New York (HSC) and is the Board Chair of the nonprofit Hollaback!, a global movement to end harassment powered by a network of grassroots activists.

Additionally, Allison serves on Fund the People’s Advisory Council, a national group that aims to encourage investments in the nonprofit workforce.

She’s been recognized as one of the 25 most influential leaders in Manhattan and one of New York City’s 100 “Most Responsible.” She was named by Crain’s New York as a 2020 Notable in Health Care.

Sharon McMahon is a former Washington D.C. high school government and law teacher who earned a reputation as America’s Government Teacher amidst the historic 2020 election proceedings for her viral efforts on Instagram to educate the general public on political misinformation.

Through a simple mission to share non-partisan facts about democracy, Sharon has amassed over a half-million followers online, affectionately called the “Governerds," who look to her for truth and logic in a society plagued by bias and conspiracy.
